Step 1

Join the Discord

Everything happens on our Discord: event call-ups, training and promotions. If it didn't open already, use the button below, then say hi in the welcome channel.

Step 2

Set up your notifications

Our Discord gets busy. These settings make sure you only get pinged for things that matter:

Whole server

  1. Right-click the 43c server icon (on phone: long-press it).
  2. Open Notification Settings.
  3. Choose Only @mentions.
  4. Leave Suppress @everyone and @here off, so event call-ups still reach you.

One channel

  1. Right-click the channel (on phone: long-press it).
  2. Choose Mute Channel → Until I turn it back on.
  3. Muted channels turn grey, but you can still read them any time.

Step 3

Moving up the ranks

Everyone starts as a Volunteer. Show up to events and training, and the promotions will come. Here are the enlisted ranks, lowest to highest:

  1. Private
  2. Private 1st Class
  3. Senior Private
  4. Lance Corporal
  5. Corporal
  6. Sergeant
  7. Staff Sergeant
  8. Master Sergeant
  9. Sergeant Major
  10. Command Sergeant Major
