The 43e Régiment Volume 35

* 2/3/26 8:00 p.m. Tuesday's Event * Again, so much has happened since the last time I wrote a story. The 43E:43eemblem: is now the number one regiment in Hold Fast! In other news, I did my taxes and found out I owe $4,500 to the Somali government. 🇸🇴 Also, @BigO is now lieutenant and @froztyjello is Sergeant Major! I must have been at work when they were handing out promotions that day. 🤔 I did make the mistake of trying to join last Tuesday's event 5 minutes before the game started. There was a 25-man queue and I most likely wouldn't make it that night. Frosty was ahead of me and was recommending everyone to bully the randoms so he could get in faster. "The new sergeant Major is very hungry to play," I thought. As I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice a 43e :43eemblem: member with a badass gamertag whom I never played with. @Dreezy is such a cool gamertag and I got nothing but a lousy computer-generated tag like Catching Rock. It makes me start to reflect on my life choices. Then again, my gamertag was perfect when I played Sea of Thieves, because I had a tendency to sail a ship into the rocks.:seaofthieves: I was 10th now in queue and music started playing in discord. When did rythm start playing in discord? It did help pass the time as I was able to join in the fourth round. I was so happy and then it happened. My game crashed immediately and I was forced back to a 25-man queue. I guess I should have joined much earlier. Maybe if I had more alerts from the discord it would remind me there's an event.😂 P.S. @member thinks my stories are a snoozefest.😴 Maybe if I write about him, he'll like my stories. Until he likes my stories, I hope he gets shot in the they/thems when there are no medics around.
