The 43e Régiment Volume 4

I was unable to join the 8:00 event. I was 5 minutes late due to my wife forcing me to cook my legendary French onion soup. 🍜 This also delayed me in writing yesterday's story. I did forget to write about something that happened to me in Tuesday's 8:00 event. I accidentally joined @President Jarl 's squad. @1DR | Crusader and Jarl were wearing the same Napoleon skin in that match. It was an easy mistake, in my opinion.:emoji_3: Unfortunately, my unit left without me. "We are heading to the ruined Roman aqueduct," said Colonel. I headed to what I thought was an aqueduct. It turns out I was heading in the wrong direction. "Don't I need to join your squad?," I asked. "No, only fucking retards get lost in this game, " said the Colonel. "But I am lost sir," I replied. I frantically tried to join my unit. Running through the dunes, I looked to my left and there was an entire enemy line. At least three shots came in my direction. All I could think of was that song my son used to sing when he was a kid 'Dumb Ways To Die'. Maybe it was the stress of the moment but I could have sworn someone yelled, "Shoot that lost retard!" I did manage to make it to my unit. I was so excited to tell my story but then I was interrupted by the Colonel, "Get to the line!" We ended up exchanging three volleys with that enemy unit followed by a bayonet charge.:SwordSwing: I managed to kill two before I died. "Not bad for a retard," I thought.
